If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with a buying we invite you to see our policy on refunds and returns; the following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with KAJAII.

Clarification

The verses of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following situations. The following purposes shall have the same importance regardless of whether they appear in plural or singular.

For this Return and Refund Policy:

• Belongings refer to the products offered for sale on the Facility.
• Orders mean a demand by you to purchase products from us.
• Website refers to KAJAII, accessible from www.kajaii.com
• Service mentions to the Website.
• You means the individual who is using our services or the company.

Order Cancellation Rights

You are eligible to withdraw Your Order within 14 days without giving any cause for doing so.

The time limit for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the day on which you received the products or on which a third party you have selected, who is not the shipper, takes ownership of the product delivered.

In case of cancellation, you must notify the company in a clear statement. You can send us an email on pagbai@kajaii.com.

We will refund you no later than 14 days from the time on which we collect the returned products. Company will use the same mode of payment as you used for the shopping. Company will not charge any service fee for reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

We only accept the following condition upon your return request:

All the products were purchased in the last 14 days and will be returned in the original packaging.

The company will not accept the returns in the following conditions.

• Any customized products made upon your personal specification.
• The goods which are in bad shape or not suitable for resale.
• Any product which is not appropriate for return due to health or hygiene reasons and was opened after delivery.

The company reserve the right to refuse returns of any stock that does not meet the above return criteria in our sole discretion. Only regular priced items may be refunded. However, items on sale cannot be refunded.

Returning Goods

You are liable for the cost and hazard of returning the products to us. You should send the Belongings at the following address:

We cannot be held accountable for damaged or lost in return consignment. Therefore, the company recommend an insured and tractable mail service. We are incapable of issuing a reimbursement without original receipt of the product or evidence of received return shipment.
